Hidden or disabled Apple Dock automatically restored when you exit ActvieDock, to do this, use the Quit menu item
You can also use the menu item Restore Apple Dock.
Additionally
In order to restore a disabled/hidden Apple Dock, run the following command in the terminal
defaults delete com.apple.dock autohide-delay && killall Dock
